Harvested in late March during the initial two weeks of the new season, only the top two leaves and bud, covered in fine down, are gently handpicked. These leaves are carefully steamed and dried to create this exceptional green tea, named for its dry leaves that resemble a monkey’s paw. Despite being a green tea, its liquid and appearance are so refined that it almost resembles a white tea. A truly exquisite and refined choice for tea connoisseurs.
