Pink Chai Tea offers a unique green tea chai inspired by traditional Kashmiri Pink Chai. It delivers rich cardamom and spice notes, complemented by the robust flavour of gunpowder green tea and a striking pink infusion. This warming, flavourful chai is perfect on its own or as a striking pink chai latte. Unlike the traditional method using baking soda and cold water to achieve the pink colour, we use hibiscus for an immediate hue, streamlining preparation—ideal for food service settings. All other classic Kashmiri chai ingredients remain authentic, celebrating a centuries-old Kashmiri tradition known as Noon or Sheer Chai.

Pink Chai Latte Recipe (Serves 1):
First, shake the opened Jenier Pink Chai Tea pouch to evenly distribute the spices. Using a single measure tea spoon, place two spoonful of tea into a Size 2 paper T-filter and set it inside a latte glass. Adjust the quantity if you prefer a stronger concentrate.
Pour fresh, filtered boiling water halfway up the glass, accounting for water absorption by the tea leaves. Steep for about 6 minutes, then remove the filter, gently squeezing out excess liquid. Sweeten now with sugar, honey, or maple syrup and stir until dissolved. Gradually add hot (not boiling) plant milk in small amounts, stirring vigorously to blend smoothly. For a latte, top with milk froth and garnish with crushed almonds or pistachios.
Add milk slowly.
