Yerba Mate loose leaves offer a subtle vegetal taste and contain a notable caffeine level.

Harvested just before full maturity, the leaves undergo steaming and drying processes similar to traditional tea production. After being cut, the leaves are sifted and aged, allowing their flavours to develop more deeply.

With caffeine comparable to a mild Arabica coffee, Yerba Mate is appreciated both as a standalone infusion and in blended preparations.
