Bio-Iron Complex - 120 Tablets

Bio-Iron Complex combines iron and vitamin B12 to help reduce tiredness and fatigue while supporting normal immune function. The iron is provided as bisglycinate, a highly absorbable form gentle on sensitive stomachs. Vitamin B12 is included as methylcobalamin, the bioavailable form suitable for all adults, particularly vegetarians and vegans. This formula also features USP-grade lysine, an amino acid commonly found in animal products, making it an ideal supplement for those on plant-based diets.
